Please note that Memberships will automatically renew on a recurring basis unless you cancel your membership before the expiry of the current Membership Period.
You may cancel at any time and you will still be able to access all features of the site until the expiry of your current Membership Period at which time your membership will not renew and no further charges will occur.
Note: Charges from us appear as Grafton Marketing on your credit card statement.
To avoid the risk of being charged twice please make sure only click "Join NZX now" once.
Once you have joined please note that we DO NOT have access to your password; all we can do is reset it if you forget it. For this reason, if you want to cancel your online subscription you will need to login as usual, then select 'My Account' then click on "Cancel My Subscription". It's as easy as that. You will still be able to access the site until your current subscription period ends but your subscription will not automatically renew again. You will receive an email confirming that you have cancelled and advising when you subscription will expire.
